The District One Community Caucus will meet on November 30th at Jenny Sue Dunner’s home. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m.

We will be joined by Distirct One Councilmember Roger Berliner and At-Large Councilmember Marc Elrich. The main topic we will be discussing is the current revision of the County Zoning Ordinance, especially the recently proposed changes that will have a major impact on the residential zoning in our part of the County.

To better understand what is being considered, see a discussion of the proposed changes written by former Planning Board member Meredith Wellington on the District One Community Caucus website www.D1CC.org

For more information, contact Jenny Sue Dunner at 301-657-3568.
