The Montgomery Women Mentorship Program reflects our commitment to the professional advancement of our members. Both Mentees and Mentors will benefit by connecting with each other to share their experiences and give counsel where appropriate.* The relationship can be powerful for both the mentor and mentee and both can develop and grow through their relationship.
The need for connection has heightened since the pandemic shutdowns in 2020. Our mentorship program offers a means for members to work together more intimately than monthly programs to achieve professional and personal goals. This is a voluntary program. Matching will be done by a volunteer Montgomery Women mentorship committee representing multiple sectors. Requirements to be a Mentor
